Meet Casa de Amor's Staff
Casa de Amor would not exist without a very dedicated,
hardworking team of staff serving on the front lines day and night! The
children are beautiful, yes, but each one comes with a unique set of challenges and delays. At the very
least, every baby, toddler, and child we care for is emotionally damaged
if not also physically affected by their life before. To help them overcome
these challenges, we have a diverse group of multi-talented staff
members. Most are mothers themselves and a unique caregiver schedule
of 10 or 24 hours on duty, then 24 hours off (continually rotating), means that they
have time for their own family and also church responsibilities.

Salaries also form our greatest monthly expense.
